You are invited to stay with us for awhile and relax. We are open year round.  We offer lodging located in the heart of historic downtown Lake City and one location within 1.5 miles of town.

Our 426 Gunnison Ave. comfortable 2 bedroom rental features 2 queen beds (Sleeps 4 comfortably), kitchen, living area, full bath, cable T.V., WI-FI,  and private laundry room. All amenities are included.

The Studio Cottage is also on Gunnison Avenue with a queen bed (sleeps 2), full kitchen, bath and all amenities including washer/dryer, cable TV, and WI-FI.   All amenities are included.

Our Upstairs Room is also on Gunnison Avenue with a double bed (sleeps 2), bath with shower, small reading nook, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cable T.V., and WI-FI.

The Upstairs Suite is located on Gunnison Avenue with a full bath, 2 rooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a futon sleeper couch (sleeps 4 comfortably), mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cable T.V. in both rooms, and WI-FI.

We also offer an outdoor seating area with grill and patio furniture.

The Round Top Cabin is  a secluded 2 bedroom (Sleeps 6 comfortably), 2 bath cabin  located right off Hwy. 149 one and a half miles south of town. It is adjacent to the ski hill. There is a one-car garage, utility room with washer and dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, and a deck with beautiful views.  All amenities are included.  A perfect mountain retreat!
