Our 426 Gunnison Ave. comfortable 2 bedroom rental features two queen beds (Sleeps 4 comfortably), kitchen, living area, cable TV, wi-fi, full bath, and private laundry room. We also offer an outdoor seating area with grill and patio furniture. All living amenities are included. You are invited to stay with us for awhile and relax.  We are open year round.  We are located in the heart of Historic Downtown Lake City, Colorado, within walking distance of shopping, dining, hiking trails, fishing, and more.

$130 per night for 2 people  ($10.00 per extra person per night)

2 night minimum stay for reservations

5 night minimum stay for reservations around holidays and special events

9.8% sales and lodging tax will be charged

Additional fees

Cleaning fee: $35 for a 2 night stay or longer

No pets allowed on premises.

No smoking inside apartment.
